As this category (EWS) is very much new in the education system so it is difficult to predict the cut-off marks for this category because as you know that every year cut-off marks changes. But most probably tur cut-off will not br varying mych from the general. It will be somewhere between general and OBC cut-off marks. Yoy can check the last year's obc and general cut-off to get the rough Idea about cut-off marks of EWS.
