You haven't mentioned your Category. And having said that you might need 500 atleast if you belong to General Category and 450 atleast if you belong to Reserved Categories. Also we would suggest you to keep an eye on the cut off patterns of NEET 2020 so as to gain an idea of 2021 cut offs because and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
