I would like to inform you that candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree in concerned disciplines with at least 50% aggregate marks are eligible to apply. And cutoff for arts for previous year was :-
BA
General Category : 80±2% (Maharashtra Candidate)
General Category : 92±1% (Out of Maharashtra Candidate)
So keep studying keep growing.
