The TNEA board will be given special merit list for the students of other states, they will be given very less seats to the other state students. For karnataka and south other states they will be allot seats upto 20 maximum. And there will be special cut off for the other state students and it will be based on the number of students and vacancy available at that time. The counseling process will be at same time for all students. We can't exactly cut off it totally depends upon the board merit list of other state students. The merit list of other state students will be available once they released on website
