What will be the closing rank in Bihar for admission in government medical college in mop-up round for unreserved category?

Hey,
Last year the closing rank for government medical colleges in Bihar under 85% State Quota was 17000 ( all India rank ) for general category. This corresponds to a state rank of 1224. Now, this year there are 1100 seats in government medical colleges in Bihar under state quota. So the closing rank for this year will be more or less in the same lines as last year.
