Overall Ukraine is better amongst all. There are various Countries like UK, USA, Russia, Philippines, Georgia and China.
In Philippines there are only private Universities for Indian Students and add to it living standard is quite poor with poor facilities and poor hostels.
In China you will be taught in Mandarin only.
In Russia there are various fake Universities.
UK and USA are very Costly.
