Actually the cutoff of the OBC will vary from year to year and also category to category as well

And also it depends on the competition in that particular year

Bhaskar till now the conducting authority of GATE - 2019 entrance exam i.e IIT Madras hasn't declared the official cuttoff for the various categories as of now which is going to be declare on the March 16. So till now you need until the final cuttoff will declare as well you can also predict the cuttoff as per the previous year cuttoff of gate.
