Predicting cutoffs won't be easy as it depends on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, etc. Also this is the first year when AIIMS Jipmer exams have also been merged into a common entrance exam ie NEET. So cutoffs prediction isn't easy. But yes some of the state can be given to you as per the previous years.

To be eligible for applying for various medical courses, you need to pass the eligibility cutoff which was 135 marks in 2019. And then to ge government college for BHMS, try to score around 400-420 and above marks this will also depend on the state you belong. Because some states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan have higher cutoffs and states like Gujarat Karnataka have little lesser cutoffs comparatively.

So to be in the average target for scoring 400-420 and above simple.
