NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Hello Amisha.
The NEET 2020 cutoff is yet to be announced so I cannot provide you with the exact percentage but it is Expected to be around 40th percentile for this year(a marks range from 119 to 107). In the years 2019 the cutoff was also 40th percentile (but with a marks range from 133-107) .
Thank you
NEET 2019 cut off marks for different categories is provided below:-
Category cutoff percentile cut off marks
General 50 704- 134
General PH 45 133-120
Obc/Sc/st 40 133- 107
NEET cut off is always 50 percentile for general, 45 percentile for General PH and 40 percentile for Obc/Sc/st but cut off marks vary every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , try to get at least 20-30 marks more in comparison of neet 2019 in your neet 2020 to clear cut off , so if you belong to obc category target at least 140 marks to clear the Neet 2020 cut off.
But , just clearing cut off marks will not help you If you want to get a seat in a Government medical College.
So, if you are from obc category , try to get at least 550 marks or more in NEET 2020 examination
Thankyou

Dear candidate
The minimum qualifying percentile for NEET 2020 may be around 40 percentile for OBC candidate which in case of marks the cutoff marks may be around 120 to 140 for OBC candidates but note that its just an analysis or estimation based on the previous years qualifying marks and it may not exactly match with the actual qualifying marks of NEET 2020 as i said it is just a prediction it may be right or not so, try to get a 20 to 30 marks more than that so that you can be sure that you are going to qualify.
All the best
Hope this Information is helpful
