What will be the cutoff...or what was the cutoff for obc sector?
Dear Sanika,
There doesn't seem to be any BAMS course in Maharashtra whose admission is taken on the basis of MH CET. Admission to AYUSH courses has been compulsorily made through NEET. Last year, as per the cutoff of R A Podar Ayurvedic College Mumbai, in 70% OBC category, the last candidate (as per the second mop up counselling list) to get admission to the said Ayurvedic College was 417 (out of 720).
Hope it will help.
All the best!
Dear Sanika,
I am assuming you are asking about OBC category cutoff for NEET. As per the rules, the cutoff of OBC category equals to 40th percentile. In 2018, the same came to be about 96 marks out of 720, and in 2017, it was 107. The cutoff varies as per the number of aspirants appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the paper, etc.
To be in the safe zone,I suggest try to aim for a score above 110.
Hope that helps.
All the best!
