Dear Malaya
Only 15% of the government MBBS seats are allotted under 15% All India Quota (AIQ) admissions, and given that there wasn't any government medical college in Mizoram until this year, it is hard to say without any data as to how much will be the AIQ or state quota cutoff there.
Coming as a good news for candidates from Mizoram, this year a new government medical college has been established in Mizoram, namely, Mizoram Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS), Falkarwan, which will have an intake capacity of a total of 100 MBBS seats. Now, out of these 100, 15 will be allotted through AIQ, by DGHS on behalf of MCC, and remaining 85 will be allotted through State Quota by Mizoram Counselling Authority.
However, note that it is the single government or private medical college which will be in existence in Mizoram. To give you a rough idea of the competition therein for those 85 (minus AIQ) seats in MIMS Falkarwan, as per the NEET 2018 statistics, about 1,353 candidates applied for NEET 2018 from the state of Mizoram, which should be a manageable number provided you are expecting a fine score in NEET 2018.
Hope it will be of help. Good Luck!
