It is ESIC quota for the children of the people who are insured with Employees State Insurance Corporation. There are 9 colleges for MBBS and 1 dental college under this ESIC quota and around 340 seats are reserved for the students of this quota. And the epected rank can not be pridicted as it varies from college to college. So ultimately you need to have the score 350+ in NEET in order to get the seat through ESIC quota. Good luck.
