Hello Bhuvana

I would like to tell if you will opt for mechanical engineering there ane many oppurtunites to pursue your career in government sector like in PWD DEPARTMENTS, JE RAILWAYS and other PSU and MNC to hire mechanical engineers.

You can also get oppurtunity in Aviation departments.

Best of luck.

Hello Bhuvana

Depends on college & your performance in the course.

IT job is a bit easy to get but core field job is a bit difficult for tier 2 & 3 institute candidates.

If u r from tier 1 (IIT’s and NIT’s) colleges

(public sector) directly recruit u. For that U just have to qualify the gate exam no need to be in top 500 rank in gate.

Top core MNC s will visit with good ctc.

Otherwise if you want then you can give IES for Engineering Services or else Civil Services.
