Hey Anoop Sabu,
If you're moving to Bschool after graduating in engineering, the main hurdle that you are going to face in academics is all about the knowldege that you have missed in Management and even you're going to loose marketing skills, good analytical skills, and communication skills.
My suggestion is that before graduating in engineering and pursuing management studies,it is better to do internships in management field like campus ambassador, marketing analyst and etc, which may help you to gain few marketing skills that are useful in your management studies.
All the best for your future!

I think you have an advantage over non BTech graduates which is very important rather than any disadvantage.
all you have to do is to brush up your analytical skills i e problem solving skills which plays a very vital role during your management entrance exam
try to sharpen your communication and presentation skill as fast as possible as they want to admit only those students who have got staunch speaking listening and convincing ability
all the best!!
Being a soon to be engineering graduate and having met many of my seniors who chose the same path, I can assure you that you are not going to face any hurdles in pursuing management studies for being a b.tech. grad. it's going to be the ame it was first when you joined engineering. Good communication skills no doubt will be helpful and as you are an engineer one can expect good analytical skills from you. That's it!!
All the best.
