For NEET 2020 counselling you have to first visit the official website of MCC and register through the same. You can check it here: https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/
The counselling process including the payment is as follows:
- Registration including payment
- Choice filling and locking
- Seat allotment for round 1 and results
- Reporting at the allotted institute (free entry/exit option available)
- Publication of net vacant seats for round 2
- Registration (not required for already registered candidates) & fresh choice filling for NEET counselling round 2
- Seat allotment round 2 (exit with forfeiture of security amount option available)
- Reporting (Once reported cannot cancel)
