what will be the minimum salary for mechanical engineer at age 22 (freshers). after getting 6 years experience at age28 how much will be the salary will their be a small difference or a big one

You salary package will depend a lot on the college from where you will persue your mechanical engineering.If you will be able to secure admission in top IITs then you can expect package over 20LPA even being a fresher and it will increase gradually with experience.If you will get admission in NITs or other top institutions then 10-15LPA is what you can expect.But if you will persue b.tech from private and less renowned colleges then you might get package of 4-6LPA as a fresher and you will see a hike in salary after a lot if hardwork.
