neet ug exam has eligibility of total 7 codes. the basic eligibility criteria of neet ug is candidates must complete 12th course with physics, chemistry , biology , english as an mandatory subjects, general category candidates must secure 50% aggregate score in pcb, while sc/ st/ obc candidates marks criteria is 40%.
see since you did your bachelors in b.a llb you do not belongs to either of code 4, 5, 6.
code 1 is for students who have recent years 12th appearing candidates.
since there is no provision of b.a llb candidates , your code would be code 2.
code 2 states that students who has taken year gap for preparation and earlier completed 12th course in pcb from a recognized education board may apply for code 2. since there is no upper age limit you may apply for neet ug 2021.

In order to appear for NEET, one needs to have biology, physics, chemistry and english as their subjects in last two years of education. Since you did not have them in your graduation so I am assuming you had science stream in school. In that case code "2" will be applicable for you.
Because it States qualifying examination code for NEET 2021 for droppers will be 02. For instance, a candidate has passed the qualifying examination from CBSE/ISCE or any state board in the year 2018, but wish to appear for NEET 2021, he/she can apply for the exam with this code.
