What will be the percentage in 12th for a engineering & also the marks in jee mains for the government College? Please tell me?

The minimum percentage required to get admission in B.Tech programmes vary as per different exams and colleges.
You should at least have 50% marks in your 10+2 examination.
Can you please tell me if you want to know for any specific exam?
Through JEE Main you can take admission in government colleges like NITs/IIITs and CFTIs.
To be eligible for NITs/IIITs and CFTIs you have to score 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile. For SC/ST students qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class exam.
To get admission in NITs and other you should score more then 125 marks in general category under other state quota. To get CSE branch in top NITs you have to score more then 230 marks in JEE Main in general category other state quota.
You can also take admission in DTU and NSIT through JEE Main only counseling will be held separately. According, to the eligibility criteria you must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks or more in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Through JEE Main some top private colleges also provide admissions in which 75% criteria is not required. You can check the list below
