180 marks in JEE Main will be equal to 98-99 percentile, based on normalised scores.
Check JEE Main marks vs rank
210+ Marks will fetch you around 99.5 percentile.
Around 180 marks will give you 99 percentile.
Between 160 to 165 will give you 98.5
150+ will make you above 98 percentile.
135+ will give you 97.5
125 to 130 will give you 97 percentile.
120 marks will give you 96.
110 will give you 95.
100+ marks will give you 92+ percentile.
Cut off for general category will lie around 90 marks.
These are the just assumptions made by me after analyzing marks and ranks of students given jee main jan 2020 attempt.

180 marks is really a good score to fetch you seat in any good NIT. Percentile is calculated by depending in many factors such as the toppers marks, no of candidates and difficulty level of the exam. So it can not be stated likewise. However, considering previous year papers you may get above 90 percentile which is really good.
