See exact answer to your question can only be given after the release of NEET 2021 result because the qualifying cut-off marks will only be released along with NEET UG 2021 result and for now to give you an idea I am enlisting down the qualifying cut-offs for NEET 2020 as released by National Testing Agency for different categories :-

• General - 50th percentile - 720-147 marks
• General-PH - 45th percentile - 146-129 marks
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 146-113 marks
• SC/ST/OBC-PH - 40th percentile - 128-113 marks
