If you do not get any seat til round 4 of upsee counselling then nothing can be done and you have no option now because all other rounds of counselling are ment for those candidates who have been allotted a seat in the earlier rounds that is in round 5,6,7 only those candidates can apply who have already been allotted as seat in the earlier rounds till round 4 so since you have not been allotted any seat till round 4 so you cannot do anything
