I would like to let you know that the only downside of not taking a printout of your locked choices for AIQ counseling in NEET 2019 is that you wouldn't know the order of your preferences while locking your choices for the Counseling if you don't remember what you had chosen which is pretty obvious. You will get to see the counseling results anyway in due time but you would only know if you have been allotted a seat or not, that's it nothing more about your preferences.
