If you will not renew your order obc-ncl certificate then it will not get cancelled but it will be outdated or can be expired and you need to renew and update it in order to apply for any reservation policy. In order to rent your OBC NCL certificate you can visit your district court or magistrate office so that they can check your original documents and can update your certificate accordingly.
