what will happen if i give sc in application form of neet ug 2021 and fail to submit the certificate

If you have filled SC candidate in your NEET application form 2021 and you fail to produce the certificate in the counselling, you will be shifted to the GENERAL category.
But your application will not be canceled.
But I would suggest you to get the certificate as it increases your chance of getting a seat.
