What will i do if i don't have the domicile certificate at the time of upsee counselling 2019? Plz tell me....

Are you from outside u.p . If you are from outside U P then you need domicile . I also suffered from same type of problem but now I have applied for it. Once you apply it then it's slip will be sufficient at the time of document verification .

No, thats a mandatory certificate that you need to have. Through any means you need to have this certificate, this is the ultimate certificate that is solely very important in itself. The documents that would be verified would be ragrded incomplete if you don't have one.
