Hey Ashish

To be a scientist you need to find out the most interesting subject for you so that you are able to devote most of the life to it. You can become a Scientist by following ways:

  • ISRO Scientist: One must complete his Bachelors of Education and apply for ISRO ICRB examination, the one who clears the written and interview is commissioned as an Engineer/Scientist in one of the departments of ISRO
  • Researcher/Scientist: For that one must complete his/her Bachelors, Masters and then PhD where in one must research in specific field, produce research papers and results to be acknowledged. This way after completing the formal education one can get commissioned as an Researcher or Scientist in any R&D company or Lab.

Hi

To become a scientist you will have to

  • Pursue a bachelors (B.Tech/B.Sc) in any field.
  • Decide which field you want to go for specialization in.
  • Pursue PhD (and/or Masters) in the said field.

You will be able to get jobs in the R&D sector of companies, or as professors in academic universities.
