Last  year 23096 students have scored above 100 marks in MH-CET.

Now there will be many candidates who have scored in the 100–110 range but failed to secure 50% marks in PCM(believe me there always are) ,then there will be those who have performed exceptionally well in the JEE mains /adv or BITSAT and gave CET just for fun and lastly those who already have secured admission in private universities like SRM,VIT,MIT etc. These students will not participate in the counselling and hence they will not get a rank.

Considering all these factors, I think your marks of 103/200 will fetch you a rank in the range of 18000 - 20000
