I assume you are asking about mushashi auto mobiles parts India pvt ltd. which is in bengaluru . most of the cases its really difficult to get job as a fresher in automobile industry which is foreign company , have set up in India. as a fresher you can get in hand salary of 20k-25k . some others company like Hitachi,blue star also hires fresher. salary structure ranges from 22k-30k for fresher's mechanical or automobile engineers.
