what would be a better option paint technology in HBTU or EE in UIET chandigarh? As i am interested in coding my preferences are good coding culture and placement opportunities.

If you are interested in coding then you should opt for branches like Computer Science or Information Technology no matter which college. If your chances of Computer Science branch is less at HBTU and UIET, you can look for other private engineering colleges.
