see private medical dont participate in all india counselling, but if you have neet score you can directly apply for admission in some colleges, but fees are really high and if your score is low you need to apply for management quota.
I suggest you to choose any college by checking the college infrastructure, faculty experience etc, past academic results of seniors in the college.
