The cutoff of 2019 ot infact any other year is not stated straight away, it depends on no. of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam , and no. of colleges or seats increased or decreased each year. But yes to qualify , there is criteria of getting 50 percentile marks for general category. But each college and state have different cutoffs.
