State ranks depend on the overall performance of the candidates of that particular state in that particular year's exam. This varies a lot every year and thus is very difficult to predict. your state rank will also depend on the average performance of the students in Andhra Pradesh but an AIR of 9000 is sufficient to get one a government MBBS seat under State Quota in AP.
