In order to get Tamil Nadu BNYS government college, you need to have secured the qualifying NEET marks of the state.

For general category, the cutoff is close to 145.

For OBC, the cutoff is 130

For SC, it is 120 and for ST,it is 117.

It depends upon your category.  Cut off varies every year and depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off and availability of seats etc
