What would be the problem if you not got distinction in Bsc course. Means you had a backpaper in semester time and you have completed it.

Hi, if you have a back paper in a semester you will have to rewrite the same paper in your college when they give you the routine for writing the paper again. And if you are asking what will happen if you have cleared the paper and you are worried that you haven't got any distinction for any paper then that's okay. If you get 60% and above you will still be allowed to give most of the competitive or entrance exam. The institution will only look at your overall percentage so you do not have to worry.
