I strongly suggest you to go with PES CSE if you're interested in Computer Science .

Points 1,3,4 will be based on CSE

Placements : PES>RVCE>BMSCE
Campus Life : BMSCE>RVCE>PES
Faculty: PES>=RVCE>BMSCE
Curriculum: PES>RVCE>BMSCE
Extracurricular Activities: BMSCE>RVCE>PES
