Seat matrix represent the number of seats provided by the particular college during the Councelling. It chnahes every year. It is also an important factor to decide the cutoff. If the seats are less then the cutoff would be high. By using seat matrix information you can know number of seats available in a college for a particular course and you can choose the college accordingly.
