what's criteria for aiims mbbs
The basic eligibility criteria for AIIMS MBBS is that the candidate must have passed 10 + 2 from any recognised board, where physics chemistry biology and English are mandatory subjects to have studied in class 12th, for general and OBC candidates there should be a total of 60% aggregate in physics chemistry biology and English whereas there is some relaxation for SC and ST candidates, for them the aggregate should be 50% in physics chemistry biology and English, for PWD candidates 45% aggregates are mandatory in the respective subjects, The candidate must be of 17 years.

And
now admission in AIIMS is through Neet examination so to be eligible for AIIMS you need to be eligible for Neet i. e
To be eligible
You must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
Also,
*Minimum age limit is 17 years old , to be eligible for neet 2021 you need to be at least 17 years oldby 31st December 2021
