what's is procedure for ICU specialist after MBBS ??

You have to study Critical Care Medicine to become an ICU specialist after MBBS. It is a 2 year full time course. It is called Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine.  Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine offers this course in India. You can join the course aBut these courses are not recognised by the MCI.
