Hi
Actually, there is no more esic quota /reservation, it has been lifted off. Earlier 339 seats , breaking down 317 MBBS seats and 22 BDS seats were reserved under ESIC quota, but now these seats are filled through all India counselling.
You can check the same at

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Tamil Nadu
Predicting the cut off marks is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 363 marks for sc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got a seat in
ESIC Medical College, K.K. Nagar, Chennai under Tamilnadu state quota

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should target at least around 400 marks .
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout, the link for the same is provided below :-
