Hello buddy, to get admission in IITS/NITS/IIITs you should score 75% in 12th board or you should be in top 20 percentile of your respective board. It's the sum of all subjects.  Your overall percentage should be 75%.

Best of luck for your exam.

Hii..

For the candidates to qualify for the admission in the IITs/NITs/IIITs and such other CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE (Advanced)/JEE(Main) ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12 th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST students the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class examination.

The board percentage requirement for J E E Mains will considered from the best of 5 subjects with English taken as compulsory.

All the best

The candidates will have to satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs,

  • Should have scored at least 75% aggregate marks in 10+2th standard (or equivalent) board examination. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, the aggregate marks should be at least 65%.

  • The candidates should be within the category wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective 12th standard (or equivalent) board examination.

The candidates will have to satisfy the following criteria for admission to BITSAT.

  • Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent examination (from any state or central board of school education)

  • They should have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.

  • Apart from the 75% aggregate marks, they should have scored 60% marks separately in each of the three subjects.

All the very best and good luck.

I hope maximum it is only mpc or pcm because now most of the universities are considering that only and when coming to jee even the languages are considered for rank calculation. So once check which university are you applying for and if you are asking generally it will taken as whole marks along with languages.
