MBBS admission procedure for all over India is same.
I'm going to mention it step by step:-
1. Pass 12th exam with Physics, Biology and Chemistry subject and English as a core subject with
50% aggregate in PCB for GEN/UR
45% aggregate in PCB for ST/SC/OBC
45% aggregate in PCB for PWD

2. Then you'll be eligible for writing NEET exam ( all eligibility criteria like age, nationality etc.)

3.After results you have to do counselling either for private or government college in state quota and All India Quota as per your wish.
Various websites for counselling are available in google.

4. Then you might get alloted for any college. Then it's up to you either you can accept it or reject it.

5. If you want admission by Management seat then you can directly approach the college or through any agent.

You have tagged Christian medical College, Vellore in your query, hope you have enquired for the same college.

It is one the top medical college in India and it's ranked third among medical College in India according to latest NIRF ranking.

For getting admission here, first of all you will have to register for CMC Vellore which is done before NEET UG exam every year and this year registration process have been already over in may-june. Once you registered after that you will appear for NEET UG exam and then result will be declared and after result declaration they will ask you to upload the scorecard and NEET rank.

It's counseling is conducted by tamilnadu state counseling so you will have to take part in state counseling and if you have got enough marks you will allotted this college.

This college have only 100 seats in which 84 seats are reserved for Christian missionaries and staff personal, other 16 seats are open for all india merit students. This 16 seats are again divided as 12 seats for Gen, 3 seats for SC/St category and 1 seat for central pool quota.

It's cut off marks for all india merit students in NEET 2020 was 626 marks for Gen and 535 marks for SC/ST category. In 2021 all seats were reserved for Christian missionaries according to High court orders.

It's fees is same as govt medical College and it's cost around 40-50k/yr so you might have 3-4 lakhs overall expenses to complete MBBS here.

Admission Process if MBBS in anywhere would be same process.  First of all you need complete your Intermediate (12th) in BIPC.  If you got good marks in your 12th and you can apply for NEET with the NEET exam if you score good rank you can get free seat.  The minimum college fee for any MBBS score is 2 to 7 million means 20 to 70 lakhs.
