It seems like you are interested to study Bachelor of Commerce with finance major or honours. However, you have not mentioned the name of the college or university that you are interested to study in. Different colleges have different cut-off marks and if you belong to any reserved category (ST, SC, OBC, etc.) then your cut-off would also be affected accordingly. There is definite variation in the cut-off marks in all Indian colleges and universities with exception for a few private institutions that has no cut-off or entrance examinations.
