Heya Aayub,
The result of CLAT 2019 is planned to be released today (14/06/2019) at 06.30pm.
It will be released by NLU Odisha, Cuttack and one can check the result here.

Brother the merit list is same as the result list and as already mentioned, it is about to be released today.
Talking about the allotment thing which is known as counselling, it is supposed to be started in 3rd week of june (tentative).
