Hi Rahul
Technically there is no difference between BE and B.Tech except the difference in name. In some states like UP, Delhi it is considered as B.Tech while in Karnataka, MP it is said as BE.
But meanwhile, the cirriculum of B.Tech is more advanced and updated. Besides B.Tech has more technical approach to modern industrial needs and applications.
Therefore the job oppurtunites are more in B.Tech.
Hope this helps you. :)
