what's the difference between BE and Btech
Hello,
The difference between the two courses is minor. BE is mostly the study of theoritical knowledge. It deals with study of theoritical side in order to innovate new gadgets. Btech is the skill oriented course. It requires the practical use of knowledge and science in order to work out the models. Though both the courses give importance to Internships, Industrial visits etc.
Thanks
Let me tell the Basic Difference between the B.E and Btech ..
B.Tech course is somewhat more practically intensive than the BE course which is more theoretical. The difference (which is quite minor) between the two degrees can be understood from their names itself, Engineering Vs. Technology .
Engineering is a "science", dealing more with theoretical concepts & principles; technology deals more with the application of these theories for practical purposes. But, both B.E. & B.Tech courses offered by various engineering colleges/ institutes, have similar curriculum more or less. Both degrees are valued equally by prospective employers. What matters more is the reputation of the engineering college from where you obtain your B.E/ B.Tech degree..
I hope you understood the Basic Difference betweeb these two degrees and hope your doubt is also cleared ..Thank You
Hey!
BE and BTech both are 4 years undergraduate program divided into 8 semesters. And, the scope is almost same in both courses. However, they are different in some respect Such as BE mainly focus on the theoratical knowledge or complete understanding of fundamentals whereas btech is practical oriented degree which mainly focuses on the application based knowledge of fundamentals. In btech industrial visits, internships are considered more mandatory than in case Of BE. For more information you can go through this link
