Hello,

The major difference of btech and Bsc courses are

  • BSc is the study of sciences, BSc is about knowing and learning science theoretically more
  • BTech is the study of technology, BTech is more practical based on creative designing
  • BTech is a professional degree in engineering
  • BSc is a 3 year course , Btech is 4 year course and more practical oriented
  • Bsc courses are by and large exploration related and doesnt prepare you for  industries ,anyway B tech makes you industry prepared and shows you according to the engineeering points of view of information.

These are the major difference of Btech and Bsc coureses irrespective of subject /branch / colleges

Hope this helps you

Best wishes for your future

Hello aspirant,

BSc or BTech

B.Tech is a four year engineering graduate program, which is divided in 8 semesters. B.Tech stands for Bachelor in Technology. Each semester completes in 6 months. In B.Tech, it's not easy to get right placement in the right company.

Whether BSc stands for Bachelor of Science, is a 3 year undergraduate level course divided into 3 years. After a year completion exams organize. This course is simple and well designed for those students, who are not interested in B.Tech. After 12th paas, You can fill and get job in Indian Airforce, Navy and Army through NDA. Otherwise you can apply for B.Tech

THANK YOU

Hello Praveen!

For B.Tech Biotechnology, you will have a about the practicals and the mechanical aspects of the subject. Whereas for BSc. Biotechnology, a theoretical approach is generally followed.

As far as placements and job opportunities are concerned, candidates with B.Tech Biotechnology are preferred as they are thought to have more practical knowledge.

Hope this helps!

Wishing you all the best.
