what's the final decision for exam of B.Tech final year ( 8th semister), conduct by APJ Abdul Kalam University, is it conduct latter or promot on last semester performance?

Dear student,
UGC told that there must be an examination for the final year students but state government of west bengal did not came to a decision, still now. Education minister told that there will be a meeting within some days then the final decision will be taken so please wait till then.
