What's the probability of getting gen surgery for obc rank 42 in pgi?

Hey.
There are only 3 seats for General surgery in PGI, Chandigarh for the OBC category. And in total there area total of 20 seats for OBC category including Clinical as well as Non clinical seats. Considering this and if 42 is your rank in OBC category you seem to have slightly less chances for General surgery.
But you still must try in the counselling.
