1. Download the application form from the official website
2. Pay the processing and application fee.
3. Place the application form and the fees in an envelope.
4. Affix the envelope with a postal stamp
5. Write your name, course name, Demand draft or Pay order, and candidate’s contact number.
6. Send the envelope through a speed post.

2. SSC or equivalent Board Certificate displaying your DOB.
3. 12th Mark-sheets of First to Final year.
4. Under Graduation Certificate
5. Five recent passport size photographs.
6. Migration Certificate and Caste Certificate
7. Anti-Ragging declaration form, identity card form, application form
8. Physically Handicapped Certificate issued by respective Competent Medical Authority (If Applicable).
9. Character certificate from the Institution stating that he/she qualified the exam.
10. Nationality Certificate issued by District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate/ Chief Metropolitan Magistrate or Photocopy of Valid Passport or Domicile Certificate or Birth Certificate to prove that the candidate is an Indian.
