Whats the use of Schdule Cast (SC) Rank if Admission is based on General Rank in KIITEE 2019 ? Please Help !!!

hi,
see kiit has certain reservation criteria for sc, st and pwd candidates. reservation percentage is as follows:
Scheduled Caste (SC) 15%
Scheduled Tribe (ST) 7.5%
Physically Challenged (PC) 3%
if you have already apply as a general candidate than you need to accept the general rank for admission process. however fees structure is same for all category candidates in kiit.
